A music educator, vocalist and DJ, Lucy has worked in the industry for over 10 years. She studied Music at the University of Birmingham and went on to achieve her PGCE at Goldsmiths, Univeristy of London. During this time she performed at a number of live music events, festivals and worked as a radio DJ. She has specialised in Jazz vocals over the years but has also sung with big bands, pop groups and performed classical repertoire with choirs and as an instrumentalist. She also has a wealth of experience as a vocal coach and believes in understanding the anatomy of the voice to achieve the best vocal. She is currently the Head of Music at a secondary school in Essex and has experience teaching KS3, GCSE, BTEC, As and A Level and can offer a wealth of support to students.
